Business Advice, Counselling and Mentoring.
Management Development.

The Company works solely, or with different partners from the statutory, community and private sectors to develop Laois through enterprise.

The company's target enterprises are limited to employing up to ten people if they form part of the manufacturing or internationally traded services sectors.

The Company aims to deliver its activities in a strategic manner, and a full performance monitoring system is in place. The Company promotes a partnership approach with other state agencies so as to maximise achievements and avoid duplication.
